Overview

Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy for refunds and returns spans a duration of 30 days. Should 30 days pass since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a complete refund or exchange. Note that we don’t accept returns for some of the products, as each items are custom-made on demand and we’re unable to use the product for future orders.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Here is a list of additional items that cannot be returned:

– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

– Books showing obvious signs of use
– Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we suggest checking your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

You should also reach out to your bank, as there is typically some processing time involved in posting a refund.

Sale items

Refunds are only applicable to regularly priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at contact@gorrasvaqueras.com and send the item to: 628 Alice Place, Elgin, Illinois, 60123.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later time, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items being returned, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
