Returns
Thank you for choosing GorrasVaqueras.com! If you aren't 100% satisfied, we accept returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. We also provide FREE return shipping on Exchanges.
Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) and no monogrammed merchandise returns will be accepted.
A handling fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund - this fee will be waived for exchanges for certain items.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. The hat must not be worn and must be in original condition. Returns made after 30 days will only be accepted for store credit.
Gorras Vaqueras LLC will deduct $10 for certain returns unless item is eligible for free returns. For more information please contact our support team.
International orders are handled differently.
